The staff is thoughtful and amiable. The units are stylish, nicely refurbished with a view of the Marschiertor, shared bathroom, for instance. The breakfast is plentiful, includes plenty of meals: )

The stay here was REALLY LOVELY of one night. Comforts of nicely refurbished and newly renovated guest room with it's own sink were fabulous.

Overall it was a just perfect stay of one night. The location was marvellous - very close to Very close to city center, the famous Aachen cathedral and the central train station. The hotel met the demands, I would like to go back here again.

Guest room had a good bed. It was functional and had satellite TV, central heating and an iron. The location was good and excellent - just 5 minutes' walk from a Roman - Catholic cathedral.

It was recently refurbished and fully equipped hotel overall, everything was fantastic, I would give it other than 4 stars. The venue's location was magnificent and perfect in the neighbourhood of the centrum. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the check in was flexible. Besides, public parking was good for drivers.

This hotel had an excellent location, as it was very close to the main train station and just a short walk to the centre of the city. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and gave me useful information about the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was also exemplary, as my room was spotless and well-maintained. Finally, the hotel facilities were great, including a coffee machine and kitchen in the room.
